It is understood the Congregation Beth Shalom Membership commitment is an annual financial obligation for the fiscal year June 1, 2023 through May 31, 2024. If any member is experiencing a financial hardship, special arrangements may be made by contacting Roberta Solomon, CBS Board President, at: President@cbsnapa.org, before filling out this form so arrangement can be made.  Thank you for your support.

For the membership year 2023/2024 | 5784, the Board of Trustees has set the dues participation levels as follows:

Full Membership - $1,300 multiplied by the number of adults in the household.

Shorashim Membership - $850 multiplied by the of adults in the household with 1 or more children who are 6 years or younger.

​​​​​Each membership is required to pay $200 per adult for Security & Building
