Life Long Learning
Life-Long Learning at CBS includes classes, speakers, seminars, and workshops on a variety of topics dealing with Jewish life, practice, culture, national and world politics, social justice matters, as well as beginning Hebrew instruction. The Adult B'nai Mitzvah class makes it possible for those who missed this opportunity at an earlier age to now re-embrace their Judaism.

Opportunities for Life-Long Learning at CBS include:
Torah Study with Rabbi Goldstein - This study program offers the opportunity to engage with fellow congregants by bringing the Torah to life and making it relevant for today.
Rabbi's Lecture Series - Throughout the year, Rabbi Goldstein offers a variety of lectures and seminars on Jewish life, Modern Jewish Thought, The Jewish Holidays, Jewish Ethics, and topical issues.
Choosing Judaism - An ongoing class with the Rabbi for those interested in converting to Judaism. These discussions and readings help prepare people for their lives in the Jewish community.
Adult B'nai Mitzvah - An educational program that offers and opportunity to learn Hebrew and study Judaism in an intimate setting with CBS member and teacher Anne Percelay. The years of study culminate in a uniquely designed service.
Soul Sister's Book Club - Books and food, a great combination for this monthly woman's book club centered upon Jewish authors. Click here for more information.
