Tree of Life
It is a tree of life to all who grasp it, and whoever holds on to it is happy; its ways are ways of   pleasantness, and all it paths are peace. (Proverbs 3:17-18) 

The Hebrew term etz chaim (literally “tree of life”) is a common one in Jewish life, often used to refer to the Torah. At CBS we honor and share in the beauty of our communities connection to Jewish life by creating engraved leafs to add to our Tree of Life within the main lobby. Leafs are created for many different reasons just as there are so many ways to be part of the branchs of Jewish life.
