Thank you for your interest in Congregation Beth Shalom. Whether you are renewing your membership or joining us for the first time, we hope that you will find membership an enriching experience and encourage you to explore the diverse opportunities for Jewish expression that CBS offers.

It is understood the Congregation Beth Shalom Membership commitment is an annual financial obligation for the fiscal year June 1, 2025 through May 31, 2026. 

By filling out this form to apply for membership at Congregation Beth Shalom, you hereby agree to abide by the by-laws, rules and regulations of the congregation. 

At CBS we believe that finances should never be a barrier to membership.  Before continuing, if any special arrangements are needed, please contact Eve Kahn, CBS Board President, at: President@cbsnapa.org, before filling out this form.  Any such conversations will be held in the strictest confidence. 

For the membership year 2025/2026 | 5786, the Board of Trustees has set the dues participation levels as follows:

Full Membership - $1,500 multiplied by the number of adults in the household.

Shorashim Membership - $1,050 multiplied by the of adults in the household with 1 or more children who are under 6 years old.

Photos for Social Media and Promotional Purposes

We often take photos of congregants during activities and events.  Do you give permission for photos of you and your family to be featured on Congregation Beth Shalom's social media or used for promotional purposes?
