This class will offer a very brief introduction to the Tree of Life in Jewish mystical tradition, and to the sefirot or energy essences represented on the Tree. These sefirot, viewed as both Divine and human attributes, can help us to better understand ourselves, to evaluate when we are out of balance, and to bring us back into alignment with our core values.

By viewing one’s own body as vessel and breath as conduit, this ancient mystical system can help us find closer connection with the Source of Life.

Kohenet D'vorah J. Grenn, Ph.D is an educator, priestess, spiritual mentor, and Founding Director of The Lilith Institute (1997). A founding theorist of the Kohenet movement, she co-directed the Women's Spirituality MA Program at Institute of Transpersonal Psychology/Sofia University, taught at Napa Valley College over 17 years and founded Mishkan Shekhinah, a movable sanctuary honoring the Sacred Feminine in all traditions.
